How it works
Open a PDF and each page appears as a thumbnail. Drag pages to reorder them, delete blank or unwanted pages, and rotate any that are sideways. When you save, a new PDF is built from the pages in the order you left them.
Your pages stay as they are
Reordering and deleting don't touch the content of the pages you keep: text stays selectable and images aren't recompressed. Rotation changes how a page is displayed, not its contents, so it's lossless too.
Good to know
The tool edits one PDF at a time. To add pages from another file, merge the two PDFs first, then organize the result. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked before they can be opened. Bookmarks and form fields from the original may not survive the rebuild, so check them if they matter.
Tips
Scanned documents often end up with blank backs of pages and the odd upside-down sheet. Thumbnails make both easy to spot, and fixing them before you share a scan saves the reader a lot of scrolling.
Your files stay on your device
Thumbnails are drawn by your browser from the file on your device. The work happens in your browser, so nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored on a server. Once the page has loaded it keeps working offline, and it's free, with no sign-up and no watermark.
Questions
How do I delete a page from a PDF?
Open the PDF, remove the page from the thumbnails and save. The new PDF contains every other page, unchanged.
Can I change the order of pages in a PDF?
Yes. Drag the thumbnails into the order you want and save; the pages are written to the new PDF in that order.
Can I add pages from another PDF?
Not in this tool. Merge the PDFs first with Merge PDF, then open the merged file here to arrange and trim the pages.
Does reorganizing a PDF lower its quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so text and images keep their original quality.
